Amy has 28 years of experience as a benefits attorney with Thompson Hine. She has worked with clients on all aspects of their retirement programs, including advising on plan implementation and design. Since the inception of the IRS’s volume submitter program, Amy has been the principal draftsperson responsible for designing and maintaining PDS’s pre-approved plans and other automated plan programs. Amy received her B.A. from Oberlin College and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison law school, where she was the managing editor of the law review.
